We make every effort to ensure that your order is produced correctly and accurately. However, if merchandise is defective due to flaws in workmanship, merchandise may be returned for replacement. A return authorization must be obtained before merchandise is returned. Returns without a return authorization will not be accepted. If merchandise has inaccurate copy that was approved by you prior to production, merchandise cannot be returned for replacement or refund. In this instance, we will gladly rework your design and reproduce your corrected copy at your additional expense.
