Cardinal Decal's 12-inch Presidential plastic rulers are durable and available in white gloss vinyl plastic in .010" thickness (thicknesses of .015" and .020" also available; see links below.) Our full color Presidential rulers are an economical way to promote your message, your club, school or business in a patriotic theme and striking color! Perfect for fund raisers and promotions! Create a custom front for your Presidential ruler, or use our State Capital design.
Choose any standard color up through four colors for the 4-color process from our Standard Color Chart except neon or metallic inks. Be sure to check the appropriate box for the front design option. (Default front design option is State Capitals.) If you choose a custom front design, please be sure to check appropriate options, provide a description in area provided, and email your custom design.
Production time is approximately 12 days after approval of order/proof. Please review our terms and conditions regarding approval of proof.
